Information collected automatically

When you submit the form we also record technical details associated with the submission: the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent string, the date and time, and any campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) present in the URL.

We derive an audit identifier from your IP address using a one-way hash. We use it to limit abuse of the form and to evidence when a consent was recorded. We do not store the IP address itself alongside your enquiry.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled on this website, it is provided by Google Analytics and collects usage information such as pages viewed and general location. See Third-Party Services below.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include such information in the message field.

Our contact form includes a separate, optional checkbox. It is not ticked by default, and ticking it is never required to submit an enquiry. Its wording is:

If you tick it, we record that you did, the exact version of the wording you were shown, and the date and time. If you do not tick it, we record that no such consent was given. Submitting the form does not by itself create this consent.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
